Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AmonAds collects when you use amonads.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We wrote it to be read, not to be survived.
Who we are
AmonAds is an advertising agency operating in Israel. We are the party responsible for the information described below. You can reach us at office@amonads.com.
What we collect
When you book a call or a check
Booking runs through Cal.com. The booking form asks for your name, your email address, your phone number, your website and your approximate monthly Meta advertising spend, and records the time you chose and your time zone. You also confirm that we may contact you about the booking. You give all of it voluntarily. Without it we cannot contact you or prepare anything useful. Cal.com stores the booking and processes it under its own privacy terms.
Where the booking came from
With each booking we record which part of this site you booked from. If you arrived through an advertisement, we also record the campaign details carried in that link, such as the campaign name and the click identifier the ad platform adds. We use this only to know which advertising brought the enquiry.
When you become a client
With your permission we receive read-only access to your advertising account, to the tracking on your website and, where relevant, to the place your leads land. We look at that data to do the work you asked for. We do not copy it out of your systems except to produce the findings we hand you, and we never use one client's data for another.
Automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server information: IP address, browser type, which page was requested and when. This site does not run third-party analytics and does not carry an advertising pixel. If that changes, this page changes with it before the change goes live.
Why we use it
- To answer you and carry out the check you asked for.
- To provide the services agreed in a contract, if you become a client.
- To keep the records the law requires us to keep, such as accounting records.
We do not sell your information. We do not pass it to other advertisers. We do not use what you type into this form to build advertising audiences.
Who else sees it
We use service providers who process information on our behalf and only on our instructions:

Some of these store data on servers outside Israel, so your information may be transferred and held abroad under the protections those providers offer.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not become an engagement is deleted after twenty-four months. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and then for the period we are required to retain accounting records.
Your rights
Under Israeli privacy law you may:
- ask to see the information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct it if it is wrong, incomplete or out of date;
- ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it;
- withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time.
Write to office@amonads.com and we will answer within the period the law allows. We may ask you to confirm who you are first, so that we do not hand your data to someone else.
Security
Access to your information is limited to the people who need it to do the work. Access to a client's advertising account is read-only wherever the platform allows it, and we ask you to remove our access when the engagement ends. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach puts your information at risk, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed for it to function. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may stop working.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information about them.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant we will say so on the site.
