These terms govern your use of amonads.com. They are not the agreement for our services. That is a separate contract, signed by both sides, and it overrides anything here.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
What this site is
The site describes what we do and lets you ask for a check of your advertising account. Everything on it is general information about our approach. It is not advice for your particular business, and it is not a promise of any particular result.
Booking a check
Submitting the form is a request, not a contract. We may decline it, and we sometimes do, usually because the business is not a fit for what we offer.
If we go ahead, we tell you what the check covers, what access we need and what you receive, before it starts. Access is read-only. We do not change anything in your account during the check.
Nothing on this site obliges you to become a client, and nothing obliges us to take you on.
Your responsibility
What you tell us has to be accurate and yours to tell. When you grant access to an advertising account, a website or customer records, you confirm that you are entitled to grant it.
No guarantee of results
Advertising results depend on your market, your offer, your prices, your ability to answer the enquiries you get, and on platform behaviour that nobody outside the platform controls. We describe what we do and how we measure it. We do not guarantee a number of customers, a cost per customer, or a return.
Our work and our words
The text, drawings, layout and code on this site belong to us. Read it, link to it, quote it with attribution. Do not copy it wholesale, republish it as your own, or use it to assemble a competing page.
Trademarks
Meta, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. We use the Meta name only to say which platform we work on. We are not affiliated with Meta, not endorsed by Meta, and we do not act on its behalf.
Links to other services
The site links to services we use, such as scheduling. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
Availability
We try to keep the site up, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on anything written on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
